Jackfruit, a native of Southeast Asia, is a dense and fibrous fruit that is often used as a substitute for meat in savory dishes. When cooked, it's flavor and texture is similar to pulled pork. It is also a great source of magnesium, vitamin B6, and antioxidants.

We use young jackfruit for this savory dish.

Best served with warm jasmine rice, cauliflower rice, or zucchini noodles.
